As a successful vacation rental management company, we have watched the trends and experienced the changes. Does Fetch My Guest take payments?

No, Fetch My Guest does not take payments. We believe that the property manager should always be the merchant of record.

I already have a lead management system with my current PMS.How would I use Fetch?

As consolidation continues in our industry it is important that your brand maintains independence. All in one systems do not benefit your brand or give you the benefit of long term flexibility needed to drive more direct bookings. It always best to be in complete control of your marketing data as market conditions change, you will best positioned to benefit.

How do I use Fetch My Guest with my PMS?

Fetch My Guest is flexible. It can be used in conjunction with your PMS (via API’s) or alongside your current PMS system. Fetch currently integrates with the following PMS vendors: Streamline, Bookingsync, SuperControl, Lodgix, Ciirus. However, property managers on closed systems experience the most benefit as they can now objectively review performance.

How is the marketplace different than listing sites?

Unlike listing sites,the marketplaces bring together long standing and respected brands and links them together to form a powerful alterntive to the OTA's. We always directl travelers to your brand through innovative campaigns, member referrals and direct outreach to qualified travelers. The biggest distinction is the marketplaces are member driven that follow standards and adhere to a strict code of ethics

How do I sign up for the marketplaces?

You can sign up through Fetch My Guest who will put in you in touch with your regional marketplace association or you can sign up directly through the marketplace.

Do you offer an API?

Application Program Interface (API) are available upon request.

Will I need to set up my own properties in Fetch?

No, we will import the properties once you sign up. You will be asked to verify your property data is correct.

What kind of support will I be provided and/or charged for?

Every customer receives access to our knowledge base, video library and email support system. In addition, phone support is offered to Silver and Gold Packages
